    Mark and his family are absolutely wonderful to work with. When I say family, i truly mean family. Mark has handed down his love for grading to his boys and it shows in the thorough, precise, beautiful work that they do. When it came to picking out a grader for our new construction we couldn't of asked for better. With the respect of time management, cleanliness, and communication. Mark, Kandy, and his sons deserve 10 stars. Our dream home wouldn't be what it is without them to guarantee the groundwork and foundation was handled correctly. In my opinion if you want someone to treat your property with respect as if it were their own and bring every vision you have to life the fav5 team is the way to go!! See more See less

    We were in a bad spot after an excavation guy that was supposed to dig out a basement for new construction, we called mark and he was able to meet that same week and gave us a competitive price, he got started that next week and did a perfect job, I highly recommend fav5 grading for all grading needs.     They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for grading, foundation prep., landscaping, and utilities (septic, sewer, plumbing, etc) installation. Basically your general site development & clean-up work. Mark and his boys always takes the time to answer any questions I may have, and provide me with all the options available. As a small business owner in the land development, construction, and forestry space, it can be difficult to find a crew you can trust with your property and your customers, so I'm very happy to have met them.
